  • You may not make multiple accounts. One user should have only one account. Failing to adhere to this may result in suspending and/or termination of all your accounts.
  • All information you provide must be accurate (including on your account, jobs listings and profile). If you are discovered to have fabricated or incorrectly submitted any details on your account, the Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.
  • You are responsible for any monetary transactions and personal safety when dealing with others. We are not liable for any fraudulent activities, although we will do our best to mitigate conflicts.
  • We reserve the right to suspend your account at anytime without notice.
  • You may not share another user’s profile on any other site without their consent.
  • We reserve the right to ban any user from using our website should they be deemed as inappropriate, spam or providing false information.

For Healthcare Providers

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the insurance necessary to protect yourself in unfortunate events.
  • It is your responsibility to upload any and all relevant certifications of the skills you can provide. You should also ensure they are legitimate and have not expired.
  • It is your responsibility to uphold the arrangements you have made with your healthcare seeker(s). Any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and if reported, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if deemed necessary and to publicly post your account details on our “shame list”.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have received proper consent to perform any medical procedures on the care recipient. The Site does not hold responsibility for issues arising due to lack of proper consent.
  • Working laws vary across states and nations. It is your responsibility to check that the services you offer must be within the legal jurisdictions of your country/state/county/town/city. For example, the types of services that children aged 13-15 years old can offer differ greatly from those aged 15-16 in Singapore.

For Healthcare Seekers 

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the healthcare providers you employ are paid as per your arrangements.
  • It is your responsibility to make your own arrangements with your chosen healthcare provider and to treat them well. Any form of abuse to healthcare providers is absolutely unacceptable and if reported, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to publicly post your account details on our “shame list”.
  • Working laws vary across states and nations. Whilst healthcare providers must only offer services within the legal jurisdictions of their country/state/county/town/city, you must also ensure that the services they offer do not violate the law.

Changes to Terms of Use

These Terms of Use may be modified at any time. Any modifications will take place effective immediately. You should, therefore, read the Terms of Use before taking any action. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to the Terms of use indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

As each country has differing laws, by accessing this Site, both we and you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to these Terms of Use.
