Not at all! Medihelp247 is a completely free-to-use website for ALL users – both healthcare seekers and providers. Our goal is to make healthcare more flexible and accessible to all and enable healthcare providers to reach those in need of their services directly.
Our only requirement is that all our users sign up for an account with us, which is also completely free. This helps us to verify users’ email address and to reduce spam or inappropriate accounts on our site.
We briefly evaluate and approve all job postings submitted on Medihelp247. This is to prevent trolls, spam and inappropriate posts on our site which would affect your experience.
It will only take a maximum of 3-5 days for us to approve your job posting. Once approved, it will automatically be added to Medihelp247’s Jobs Page.

And you’re done!
To find a user’s profile, go to the All Members page.
Go to your profile by clicking “My Account” in the top bar of the webpage.
You should expect a reply within a week’s notice. For healthcare seekers, do bear in mind that some healthcare providers may be working full time elsewhere and so may not be able to reply immediately.
For healthcare seekers, you can also Post A Job instead so that healthcare providers can contact you.
For healthcare providers, you can choose to Browse Jobs instead and apply for a job request directly.
We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the service provided. You can start by leaving a review on your healthcare provider’s profile to help other future users better anticipate the quality of their service.
You may also choose to report them if you deem the issue serious enough. We will look into their profiles and shut down those that are considered spam or inappropriate.
To avoid such situations in the future, you may want to propose having a trial session for you and your chosen healthcare provider, especially if you are planning to work with them over a period of time. This gives you a glimpse into the type(s) of services they provide and their work ethics before you decide if you would like to work with them in the long run.
NOTE: Medihelp247 does not guarantee the quality of service provided by any healthcare provider. It is up to you to decide based on their profile and any potential trial sessions you may organise with them. Medihelp247 only guarantees that we verify their certifications and credentials.
As with all services, they are prone to conflicts over arrangements and quality of service, which can eventually lead to conflicts over payment. Be sure to discuss with your chosen healthcare provider carefully and agree on your arrangements before committing.
These are some measures we recommend you take to ensure a fair exchange:
- Have a written agreement between both parties on the arrangements made.
- If you are arranging to work with your chosen healthcare provider over a period of time, propose having a trial session before the two of you decide to work together in the long run.
For Healthcare Providers
This helps us to get rid of spam or inappropriate accounts.
It will only take a maximum of 3-5 days for your profile to be approved. You will receive an email once this is done. Check “All Mail”, “Promotions”, “Spam” or “Trash” in your inbox if you do not see the email.
If you are applying for a job under a healthcare organisation, then this will be decided by/negotiated with your employer.
If you are applying for jobs posted by an individual or offering your own independent services, then it works similarly to freelancing: Your charge is entirely up to you.
Based on your credentials, skill sets, experience, location, existing clientele, schedule, living standards and demand for your particular skill(s), set a price that you think is reasonable.
If you are unsure what to charge, you may want to check what others similar to you are charging by browsing their profiles. If you are just starting out, you may want to start by charging at a lower fee/at the minimum and increasing your rate over time.
No, it is not compulsory, but it is highly recommended! Uploading your profile on Medihelp247 allows healthcare seekers to find you directly and can be used to apply for jobs on our site much faster.

Medihelp247 does not take responsibility for any legal issues that may arise between you and your care recipient/organisation (Terms of Use). Medihelp247 also does not enforce any insurance plans onto healthcare providers here, though it is highly recommended. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are sufficiently covered and insured by any organizations or certifications you hold.
Depending on whether you are a certified doctor, nurse, allied healthcare professional or uncertified caregiver, you may or may not need certain certifications or accreditations. Check Guidance and Recommendations for details about the certifications you need for the types of services you are planning to provide.
Depending on the nature of your service and your preference, this is entirely possible. For instance, you may choose to provide online consultations if you have no need to physically meet your care recipient.
If you plan to provide online services, it is best if you have good knowledge on how to operate video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom, Skype, Discord), have good internet connection and a webcam.
As always, arrangements for payment are entirely up to you and your care recipient. You may choose to do bank transfers, use Paypal, Western Union, or other means of transaction. The frequency of payment will also be decided by you and your care recipient.
