How it works
Firstly, start by registering your account. Don’t worry, it is completely free and only takes a minute! We require all our users to register an account as this helps reduce spam and inappropriate accounts on our site, ensuring that only registered users gain access to our database.
- For Healthcare Seekers
- For Healthcare Providers
For Healthcare Seekers:
Thank you for registering with us! We hope to link you up with the most suitable healthcare provider that you’re looking for.
Now, you can choose to EITHER:
Post a job request with your requirements and wait for healthcare providers to apply to your request.
Search for healthcare providers and directly contact them on your own.
How do I post a job request?
Head to Post A Job. Fill in the details of your job requirements according to the form. The more information you provide, the easier it is for healthcare providers to decide if they would like to take up the offer.
How do I contact healthcare providers?
Head to Browse Profiles. Once you have found a healthcare provider among the profiles listed, open their profile and click “Contact“. You will be redirected to that user’s account details and you can contact them using the site’s private messaging system. After which, both parties can choose to continue messaging on the site, or exchange contact details.
How will payment work?
As you are dealing with the healthcare provider directly, it is up to you to decide the amount, frequency and method of payment. You may choose to use cash, bank transfers, Paypal, Western Union, or any other means of transaction.
It is your responsibility to determine your own arrangements and ensure you remunerate healthcare providers accordingly. We are not involved in this in any way and do not charge either parties at all for our services.
To avoid any conflicts in payment, we recommend:
Have a written agreement between both parties on the arrangements made
If you are arranging to work with your client over a period of time, propose having a trial session before the two of you decide to work together in the long run
What quality of service can I expect from the healthcare providers?
On our end, we ensure that all users of our site register an account with us to verify their email. Additionally, we remove and disable accounts that have been reported for inappropriate behaviour, spam or other reasons. The reviews left by previous clients may also give you a better insight to each provider’s quality of service.
These are our measures to reduce spam and inappropriate content on our site.
However, with that said, we don’t personally assess every provider’s skills and abilities. Thus, the quality of service provided is ultimately subjective to each individual and entirely up to your assessment.
We hope this guide was helpful to you! Now, you can head back to the Homepage and click on any of the 4 options there to get started. For further enquiries, you can read our FAQs or Contact Us directly.
For Healthcare Providers:
Thank you for registering with us! We hope to help you successfully link with someone in need of your services. Now that you’ve registered, what’s next? First, upload your profile.
(not compulsory but highly recommended – it makes applying to jobs faster and makes the information you provide more reliable!)
Head over to Upload Profile and fill out the form accordingly. For further assistance on crafting your online profile, click here. It will take only up to 3-5 working days for your profile to be verified. We do this as a safety measure to reduce spam and inappropriate accounts.
You should receive an email once your profile has been approved. Depending on your email settings, you may need to check your “spam“, “promotions” or “All Mail” folder.
Once this is done, you may EITHER:
- Search and apply for Jobs whenever you wish; or
- Wait to be contacted directly by healthcare seekers.
How do I apply for jobs?
Head to Browse Jobs, select a job suitable for you. Click “Apply”, this window should show up below:
I applied for a job, now what?
You will have to wait for a reply from the job poster. They will be able to view your profile and will send a message if they are interested in your offer.
Alternatively, you can continue applying for other suitable job postings at the same time.
What if someone contacts me?
If someone has contacted you directly with a job request, you can discuss with them directly and decide if you would like to take up their offer. It is up to you to discuss the arrangements, remuneration, payment method, terms and conditions with them. We are not involved in that.
How will payment work?
As you are dealing with the clients or hiring organisation directly, it is up to you to decide the amount, frequency and method of payment. You and your client may choose to use cash, bank transfers, Paypal, Western Union, or any other means of transaction.
It is your responsibility to determine your own arrangements and ensure you are remunerated accordingly. We are not involved in this in any way and do not charge either parties at all for our services.
To avoid any conflicts in payment, we recommend:
- Have a written agreement between both parties on the arrangements made.
- If you are arranging to work with your care recipient over a period of time, propose having a trial session before the two of you decide to work together in the long run.
What if no one contacts me?
If you have not received replies from applying to job offers or have not been contacted directly after a while, there may be several reasons for this:
- Your profile may not be well supplemented enough and healthcare seekers may feel that there is insufficient information about you for them to make a decision.
- Healthcare seekers whose job requests you applied for may have already found another healthcare provider.
- You may have set your minimum cost too high. You may want to look at other similar providers’ profiles to see what is a reasonable cost to set.
- The service you are providing may not be as high in demand and it may take a longer time before you see job requests.

Do I need to be certified in order to provide care services?
In general: if you’re going to be offering procedures (i.e. injections, CPR, first aid, stoma care, etc.) then yes!
If you can upload evidence of your certifications, that makes your profile even more credible.
Otherwise, if you’re going to provide basic caregiving services that do not require medical qualifications, then no. Do check out our Guidance and Recommendations for more details.
