Enrolled Nurse- Recovery wards, office hour, 5.5 days

Job Responsibilities:

Basic nursing care
Administering medication
Liaising with patients’ parents on patients’ conditions
Work closely with other organization in follow up patients’ conditions
Monitoring patients’ condition before and after medication
Updating and maintaining of patients’ records
Attend and assist in medical emergency cases
Ensure compliance to nursing, safety, infection control regulations
Perform stock taking and ensure sufficient medical supplies
Any other duties assigned
Requirements

registered under the singapore nursing board
Valid BCLS
